AML MUN is the Model United Nations conference organized by Anavryta Model Lyceum in Athens, Greece.

The first AML MUN took place in 2018 and was a major step for Model UN in Greece. It was the first conference ever created and run entirely at a public high school, aiming to bring the MUN experience to more students across the country.

Following the success of the first event, two more conferences took place in 2019 and 2020, further establishing AML MUN as a platform where students could engage in diplomacy, debate, and global issues. The 2nd and 3rd AML MUN Conferences also were a great success, drawing many students from different schools. The 4th Conference was scheduled for 2021; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it unfortunately had to be cancelled.

Now, AML MUN is returning! The 4th AML MUN Conference will take place this November at Anavryta Model Lyceum, welcoming students from all over Greece — and beyond — to take part in exciting debates and continue the strong tradition of the past events.
